Our equipment should not be used to protect people or equipment, or used in safety-critical environments. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain and regularly test the correct functionality of the equipment. Jacarta provides product warranties as detailed in the product specifications, but this is not a guarantee of product operation and functionality. Although all reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the reliability of our products, Jacarta cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any equipment malfunction.

The purchase of any Jacarta products is subject to the buyers agreement of these Terms & Conditions.
